Premier plastics industry publication, Plastics News, reports on Dordan welcoming the 4th generation to its ranks. Dordan is a 62-year-old and family-owned thermoforming company that specializes in designing and manufacturing high quality thermoformed packaging like medical device trays and blisters, dunnage trays, and clamshells and blisters.
Dordan is located in Woodstock, IL., where it designs packaging, makes tooling, and manufactures thermoformed packaging for the medical, automotive, electronics, and consumer markets.
In "Continuing the legacy," city-publication The Woodstock Independent reports on the first of the 4th generation to join the family thermoforming company.
The super tall guy to my left is Julian, my NEPHEW. This picture was taken at MDM in CA a few weeks back. He just moved into sales after working in QC, prior to which, he spent a few years in the plant learning the nitty-gritty of thermoforming. It's official: I'm old (-ish). 😏
